| 1.Submission This site presents pictures from photographers from around the world to the public. Anyone can submit pictures, you may submit pictures of anything you find worth to become the picture of the day. If the picture was taken in non official areas you must be authorized to publish your photo. You are not allowed to submit any material which is against the law, as material with sexual or violent content. With submission you fully agree with these terms. In case of refusing a submission your material will be deleted from the server and you will not be notfied .We may refuse any material you send without comment. Though in most cases, if a picture suits to our site, we will accept it. We do not own any rights on pictures shown. If you are not the author, you are not authorized publishing a photo or you are nor shure about the rights, you are not allowed to submit it. You, as the submitter are fully responsible for your picture and its submission and any possible damage of rights occouring through a submission. We are not liable for illegal or unauthorized material uploaded agains these terms nor for any hacked or illegally uploaded content to this server.As we get informed about such content , immediate remove will follow without warning to the submitter. If you wish to use one or more pictures from our sites for a different purpose as described above, you must ask the photographer for permission. |
| 2. With submission you allow us to show your picture to the public. Each time your picture is shown in full size, your name and according informations will be shown with the picture.We will not use your pictures for any other purpose as decribed in 2a., neither we will ever claim any rights on your material. If you submit pictures from others than you you must have an explicite permission from the author. Detailed informations about the author must be included. If you are not shure about all this, you are not allowed to submit any pictures. You or the author/owner of rights allow us for an unlimited period of time to use your picture for the purpose described above and you will not ask us to remove your picture from our database.(This is because we dont want to loose any days from our database). 2a. We show your pictures to the public, either in full size with your name, Email (Spam-protected) and Homepage (Optional) , or as Thumbnails on this site. Further we allow third party webmasters to use smaller versions of the daily picture (Tumbnail) to include in their sites in order to make this site and your pictures more known. We never sell your pictures to others. 2b. You are not allowed to make a submission with protected descriptions (text). Make shure your decription is not stolen or protected. (Always describe the photo with your own words).

The owner of this website will be not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction which may occur to you or your hardware while surfing on this site.As a visitor to our website, you acknowledge and agree that you use this website and its contents completely on your own risk.
